Millions of people have fled Ukraine since the Russian invasion four weeks ago.

Most of those refugees have travelled to Poland. Almost 2.5m people have arrived there since the start of the war. Many of them travelled by train to escape from Ukraine.

Ben Brown in Lviv presents a BBC News at Ten report by Fergal Keane and camera journalist Nik Millard as they follow some of those journeys.
