Syria drought: Farmers blame Turkish dams for low river levels

Farmers in northeastern Syria are facing water shortages.
The river they rely on for irrigation and drinking water is drying up before their eyes.
They blame dams recently built in neighbouring Turkey.
The UN humanitarian affairs agency estimates the disruption has affected access to water for about 460,000 people in the region.
