UN chief laments Russia's withdrawal from Black Sea grain deal
The United Nations Secretary-General Antonio Guterres says he is ‘deeply disappointed’ at Russia’s withdrawal from the Black Sea Grain deal, saying it was ‘a lifeline’ for global food security.
The agreement guarantees safe passage of food from the Black Sea to large parts of the world.
