Ukraine grain deal: Russia suspends participation in un-brokered pact

The United Nations Secretary General says he is ‘deeply disappointed’ by Russia’s withdrawal from the Black Sea Grain deal.
He says it is ‘a lifeline’ for global food security.
The agreement guarantees the safe passage of food from the Black Sea to many parts of the world.
