Turkey: PKK claims responsibility for Ankara suicide bombing

In Turkey, the Kurdistan Worker’s Party armed group – the PKK – has claimed responsibility for an attack in the capital Ankara.
A suicide bomber detonated a device in the heart of the city.
The blast was followed by gunfire outside the Ministry of Interior and parliament buildings.
At least two police officers have been injured.
The interior minister says two people were responsible for the attack.
President Recep Tayyip Erdogan describes the bombing as the “last flutters of terrorism”, adding those behind such attacks would “never succeed”.
