Torrential rains have flooded parts of southern Europe leaving at least 13 people dead.
Seven of those killed in the European flooding were in northwestern Turkey.
Water flowed down the streets of Istanbul, affecting two thousand homes and businesses.
In Kirklareli flash floods hit campsites and swept away bungalows.
