Tokyo struck by strongest earthquake in 10 years #shorts

A powerful earthquake shook Japan’s greater Tokyo area on October 7, 2021, leaving more than 30 people injured, and causing a train derailment and burst pipes across the city. The 5.9 magnitude quake, the most powerful to hit the Japanese capital in a decade, was centred in nearby Chiba prefecture at a depth of 80km (50 miles). Japan’s earthquake monitoring agency warned of aftershocks in the coming week.
