Coast guard heroes RESCUE baby from floodwater

As Typhoon Rai hit the Philippines and caused chaos, two Coast Guard workers braved the surging, chest-high floodwaters to evacuate a baby. The one-month-old was wrapped in a blanket, then floated through the water in a plastic tub, with one rescuer holding an umbrella to keep the rain off their very special passenger.
