Sudan military takeover: Army chief appoints new governing council

Sudan’s military has appointed a new governing council more than two weeks after seizing power.
Army chief General Abdel Fattah al-Burhan would remain the head of the council.
The 14-member body excludes members of the main civilian coalition.
It has drawn condemnation from the United Nations.
Al Jazeera’s Mike Hanna reports.
