Ahead of Kimchi Day, Seoul-based firm SHm launched a product called white kimchi juice on November 18, 2021. The drink is made from a non-spicy version of the Korean dish. CEO Park Yun-Kyung says she chose white kimchi to reduce the spiciness and pungent smell.
