Russia says its navy has carried out what it calls, ‘live fire exercises’ in the Black Sea.
According to its defence ministry, it conducted combat drills and practiced detaining ships and in the northwest of the sea.
Earlier this week the Kremlin warned against sailing in the Black sea.

New footage has emerged of the moment an explosion ripped through a street in South Africa.
The blast in Johannesberg caused major damage to streets, overturned cars and created a huge hole in the road.
At least one person was killed and dozens injured.
Authorities don’t know what caused the explosion yet but suspect it may have been a burst gas pipeline.
