‘Hell’ in Ukraine’s Mariupol as Russians ‘attack every 30 mins’

The highest-level talks between Russian and Ukrainian foreign ministers in Turkey ended without a breakthrough.
On the ground, the city of Mariupol remains surrounded by Russian forces.
For more than 400,000 people trapped without water, food and electricity, there is no way out.
