A debate has been held in Ireland’s parliament over whether or not the Israeli ambassador to Ireland should be expelled. The motion did not pass a vote, but it’s an example of the growing number of countries that are trying to apply pressure on Israel to agree to an extended ceasefire and allow much-needed humanitarian aid into the Gaza Strip.
