At least four people were killed and 80 hurt after an express train derailed in the Indian state of Bihar on October 11, 2023. The North-East Express train, which connects the capital Delhi and the northeastern state of Assam, derailed at the Raghunathpur railway station in Bihar’s Buxar district. An investigation into the cause of the accident was under way.
