A couple in the Philippines braved flood waters from Typhoon Doksuri on their wedding day, after Typhoon Doksuri pounded the Philippines bringing torrential rain. According to the country’s National Disaster Risk Reduction and Management Council, Doksuri affected half a million people and caused 14 deaths in the Philippines.
