A salmon farm in Xinjiang, China, has automated its processing methods. Salmon are sorted by a machine according to their sizes and then placed in different net cages through a maze of tubes. Farmers also rely on an underwater robot to remove silt that builds up at the bottom of the lake. With the help of automation, the farm, in Nilka county, produces 9 tonnes of salmon per day.
