Researchers and students from San Marcos University in Peru have discovered a 3,000-year-old mummy near the capital Lima.The mummy is believed to be from the Manchay culture, which emerged in Lima’s valleys from 1500BC to 1000BC. Objects found buried alongside it have led researchers to believe they were part of an offering.
