Five people were killed and two others seriously injured after a train collided with a vehicle in Plant City, Florida. Two of the dead are juveniles, according to the Hillsborough County Sheriff’s Office.

Tropical Storm Ophelia is causing coastal flooding along the eastern part of the U.S., including from North Carolina up to Virginia and as far north as New Jersey.
