3. Did Adam have a wife before Eve? I ask this because I have encountered many people saying he had a wife before Eve.
4. I used to believe that God gave man permission to eat meat after the flood. I have also heard pastors explaining that there were no plants on earth right after the flood therefore, Noah and his sons were granted permission to eat meat. Nevertheless, can we conclude that God never gave permission to eat animal meat (flesh)? according to Gen 1:29 (meat means food?) and also ch 9:3-6 KJV. How are verses 4, 5, and 6 in chapter 9 to be interpreted? It seems that verse 4 goes with the first part of v.5, and the second part of v.5 goes with v.6. Is this what they call a chiastic structure? When did the Hebrews start eating flesh meat anyway? Can you please interpret Genesis 9:3-6 when it comes to eating meat?
5. This question is about Isaiah 61:10. I understand that most in the SDA churches don’t wear jewelry. I am a Sabbath-keeping Christian coming out of another Group and wearing my wedding ring as I am a Widow and not looking nor do I want to be bothered by those looking for a lady. I was abused sexually as a child and raped as a teenager. I found a wonderful loving husband who treated me the way I believe God wanted me treated. This past September was one year since he has gone to sleep. I would like to know if I am wrong about this and I would like to know about the ornaments and jewels this verse speaks of. I am living with my 80 yr old Mum, who is wondering about this also. What is it saying about ornaments & jewels? Also, am I wrong to wear my wedding ring?

7. I got baptized 9 years ago and since then my life has stabilized so much for the better. However, I still struggle with distracting things like television, movies, and entertainment. I believe they are hampering my spiritual growth. I am 63 years old and it is such a big struggle for me. I also used to play softball, but because of my age, I find it hard to play it anymore and it is not enjoyable. In spite of all this, I still play softball. How can God help me get peace of mind? I feel bored and depressed playing softball. Is this God’s way of telling me to move on with my life and walk away from it? I need clarification on this.
8. Can you speak on a woman having two abortions and sincerely praying for forgiveness? Will God forgive them? Do we still have to explain why at the judgment seat of Christ? Will God forgive me for my abortions? Will I still have to explain why at the Judgement?
9. I’m a proud Seventh-day Adventist, loving our church and its zeal for Truth. However, could you please explain to me why, when Sabbath means resting from one’s work – do Pastors preach on Sabbath? I know it may sound silly – but I am serious in my efforts to understand this. I know that Rabbis preach or teach on Shabbat, and I understand SOMEONE has to… but isn’t this fundamentally going against the fourth Commandment? Why do Pastors preach on the Sabbath if the Commandments say not to work?

11. Is the 1000-year reign with Christ on earth in Jerusalem? Since the final battle with Satan is on earth and they surround the city that God loves, it sounds like we reign with him on earth versus in heaven. It confuses me because I thought the earth was destroyed prior to all this happening and that the new Jerusalem has not come down from heaven yet. Being caught up in the air with Christ during the first resurrection made me think we go to heaven. But if the final battle is on earth when did we come back if that’s the case?
