Youths armed with knives are being blamed for causing the murder rate for British teenagers to soar to its highest level in more than a decade.
The youngest victim was 12 years old and the crisis has prompted one Londoner to set up his own knife collection campaign – where kids can hand over their weapons for safe disposal.
