Pakistan has continued to suffer from record flooding that has killed thousands of people and displaced millions of others, as the United Nations Secretary General António Guterres called for the international community to provide financial support to the nation. The government of Pakistan estimated a financial loss of at least US$30 billion dollars as people struggle to find clean water, medicine or a roof to sleep under.
