North Korean leader Kim Jong-un has reportedly arrived in Russia, after departing from Pyongyang by private train on September 10, 2023, the country’s state media reported. South Korea said it believes Kim had entered Russia on September 12. The Kremlin has also confirmed the trip, with Kremlin spokesman Dmitry Peskov describing it as a full-scale visit that will strengthen relations between Russia and North Korea.
