Chile: COVID cases rise despite high vaccination rate

Chile has the world’s second-highest vaccination rate but infections are still rising rather than falling.
Some experts say the Chinese Sinovac vaccine that is being used is not as effective as jabs administered in other parts of the world.
Many also blame the government’s eagerness to ease lockdown measures.
