Xi Jinping has announced that China may host another Belt and Road Forum for International Cooperation in 2023 to “give new impetus to the development and prosperity of the Asia-Pacific region and the whole world.” The Belt and Road (aka One Belt, One Road) is a massive, global logistics and infrastructure concept worth up to $3.7 trillion.
