An axe-wielding man attacked diners at three neighbouring Chinese restaurants in New Zealand on June 19, 2023. Four diners were wounded in the incidents, which happened in a suburb in northern Auckland. The suspect was arrested at the scene and charged with wounding with intent to cause grievous bodily harm.
