Nicaraguan police have raided the home of opposition leader Cristiana Chamorro, placing her under house arrest.
She was expected to run in presidential elections in November.
Now, the Organization of American States and Human Rights Watch are warning President Daniel Ortega is trying to eliminate competition ahead of presidential elections.
