Syrian government forces have fired on a hospital in the rebel-held northwest, killing six civilians including a child in al-Atareb city.
The attack came despite a March 2020 Russian-Turkish ceasefire but about 600 raids on health facilities have taken place during the 10-year war despite the deal.
