While millions of Ukrainians have fled the fighting, some are struggling to get back home. Many of them seek to provide help, including providing medical assistance to hospitals, aiding refugee evacuations and bringing in food and equipment. According to the Polish border guard, 186,000 people have crossed into Ukraine from Poland since the start of the war.
